2008 Park Valley Schedule

Dear Laurence G. Carter Family:

Where did the month of April go? Sorry we did not get back to you sooner. We are planning to go out to open up Park Valley next Saturday, May 17. Anyone who would like to come out, please let us know. We will come home after we Spring clean and make some assessments on the repairs that need to be done. In previous years the weeks were scheduled from Tuesday to Tuesday so we’ve done the same for 2008.

The schedule for 2008 will be as follows if this is okay with the family:

Each family is scheduled twice throughout the summer with a couple of open weeks. If other family members want to be a part, there would be a week available for them.
We propose that each of the 8 families (Mitch, Rulon, Jane, Arnie, Grant, Eric, Kwan, & Mark) pay $25 per month starting May 1, 2008, for maintenance fees. This should be enough for repairs, utilities, and maybe some improvements. If there is a certain time you would really like to go to Park Valley, check with whoever is scheduled that week. Hopefully we will be able to work things out. Let us know if you have any suggestions.
